ALFASOFT recently assumed the responsibility of providing support and maintenance to three IPL - Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa websites.

Production website support is very important to ensure the stability and availability of these sites. Tasks such as proactive monitoring and maintenance, execution of updates and tests on them in controlled, pre-productive environments, for validation of contents and reduction of unavailability, is a must in websites with many visits and 24/7 usage, both for administration of contents as for their consultation.

ALFASOFT is currently responsible for managing the three websites, built on Drupal and Wordpress, in which proactive proximity management is crucial to their proper functioning, within a safe and stable environment.
