ALFASOFT was contacted by Medical Port in early 2019 to provide support to the company's institutional site due to improvements that were required, along with corrections and operational support to the site. Built with Umbraco CMS, based on .NET technology and developed using C#, the website promotes the company's services and allows purchases of its products and services through integration with international payment providers.

Since then ALFASOFT has been providing evolutive maintenance services, implementing new features on the site, adding and modifying its contents, and also making structural changes to improve the website's performance regarding SEO.

In addition to these services, ALFASOFT is currently responsible for supporting site administrators, performing site maintenance and training users, as well as assisting with marketing tools used by Medical Port, such as Google Adwords.
