ALFASOFT has been working in close and ongoing collaboration with Melior over the past several years, supporting the evolution and modernization of its information systems. Part of the Spanish Concentra Group since 2021, Melior is an insurance broker with both national and international presence, with demanding integration requirements across its business workflows. This is an area where ALFASOFT has made a significant contribution, helping to design and improve business processes integrated with Melior’s internal systems and with partner insurance companies.

In addition to the direct work carried out for Melior, ALFASOFT has also developed solutions for Eurobic, a bank whose insurance business is associated with the group. In this context, a solution used across bank branches was developed and is currently maintained, integrated with the insurance products provided by Melior and built using the OutSystems platform. This work was later extended to additional projects at Eurobic following the bank’s integration into the Abanca Group, with ALFASOFT also delivering OutSystems developments related to adapting the solution to the new institutional context and rebranding process.

OutSystems development represents the core of ALFASOFT’s collaboration with Melior, covering both the functional evolution of the applications and their ongoing maintenance. In parallel, ALFASOFT also developed complementary solutions, including a .NET API for integration with GIS services, the core system used in insurance mediation and management, as well as additional utility applications such as GIS document archiving tools. These integrations, essential to the operation of business processes, were implemented both as standalone services and as components directly embedded within the OutSystems applications, strengthening the cohesion and robustness of the overall application ecosystem.

More recently, ALFASOFT also developed an application in the form of a Windows service, designed to enable interaction between web applications and the desktop productivity tools used across the Concentra Group. This service has already been incorporated into Melior’s CRM through integration carried out by a third-party provider, demonstrating ALFASOFT’s ability to deliver technological solutions that integrate effectively within complex enterprise ecosystems.
